FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Customers have 48 hours to cancel before the reservation and 50% of the sale will be refunded. Should it be the same day of the event no refund will be given. We do allow rescheduling, please get in touch with us.

  • Being located in the Midwest, we never know if it will rain, snow, hail or sunshine the next day.

    As with any good planning for holding an outdoor event, it is always recommended to have a location for a "plan b" in case of severe weather.

    Otherwise, you will be able to reschedule for another date.

  • Yes, but location restrictions do apply. As of now, we are doing public areas (parks, lake beachside) or private spaces(home/backyard) as requested.

    Locations outside of Milwaukee, WI will be subject to additional cost.

  • Yes, of course. Please dispose of any drinks or food when finished.

  • No. Due to your safety and others, we do not allow a grill.

  • Unfortunately, accidents and damage can happen to our equipment. For this reason, customers are responsible for any lost/stolen/damages.
